COVID-19 Kirk Rice Service Update

You will be aware that the government issued new rules on Monday 4 January with regards to Coronavirus. With the new national lockdown, we must now stay at home with no unnecessary journeys of social contact to slow the spread of the virus.

We can therefore confirm that our offices will be closed, until we hear further instructions meaning we can re-open.

As a responsible business, we continue to follow these rules to protect not only our employees and clients’ health but also that of their families and of the wider community. We are implementing home working for our staff and our offices are closed to clients and visitors.

Please rest assured that our business continuity plans have been in place across all areas of our business for some time now and we are confident that we can continue to deliver our services. Whilst you might notice that some things are done a little differently, you should see no change to our service delivery, quality and timeliness. It is our upmost priority to ensure that our clients and their businesses can continue to function normally and that we continue to support them during these challenging times.

The post will continue to be dealt with on a daily basis, including Royal Mail, courier post and hand-delivered items that can be dropped through the letterbox. However, please be aware that we are noticing a delay in receiving post and it may be preferable to send information electronically where possible. If you wish to hand deliver anything to us that will not fit through a letterbox, please do so between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm when the offices will be open.

Clients also have the facility to upload documents directly to our secure client portal. This is particularly useful for large volume or sensitive documents. If this is something you are interested in, please contact your relationship manager to get this set up.

To contact us by telephone, please dial into the office using your usual contact numbers. Employee’s direct dials will be forwarded to mobile phones and any calls to our main office lines will be answered by our receptionists as usual.

We have video conferencing facilities available for any meetings. Should a face to face meeting be necessary, this can be arranged in our COVID secure meeting rooms in the Ascot, Fleet and Putney offices by pre-agreed appointment. We ask anyone attending our offices to please wear a face covering, unless of course you have a medical reason for not doing so.

Finally, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns. As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, our thoughts go out to all who have been impacted or infected. We hope you and your families are safe, well, and taking all the necessary precautions.
