Since 2003, the property investors network has provided a positive, inspirational and supportive environment in which people can learn how to become a more successful property investor. They now have 50 monthly meetings across the UK for property networking. Kirk Rice Partners and Managers are regular attendees at the Berkshire, Reading, Basingstoke and Kensington events, helping people with the accounting and tax aspects of their property businesses.

Graham Jennings, Kirk Rice Partner, will present at the Reading PIN meeting on 8 April 2020.

With the many changes in recent years relating to the tax relief available on mortgage interest and other finance costs there have been questions surrounding buying property via a Limited company. Graham will analyse the pros and cons of holding property directly vs via a Limited company and commercial implications which sometimes can be more important than the tax considerations. He will look at case studies and include relevant tax analysis. Our work may be complex but we speak your language so we won’t be too technical. The key message is that no one solution fits all and whilst owning property via a company can be the right answer for one individual it can be the wrong answer for another person.

The meetings have two speakers and the opportunity to network with property investors and service providers.

Bookings for this event will open on Thursday 12 March. Click here to select the date and book.
