If you're connected with a company or LLP you'll soon receive an email from Companies House regarding requirements for identity verification. If you haven't received one yet – you'll likely get it in the weeks ahead.

MANDATORY ID verification begins in November 2025. However, you can voluntarily undergo the process before then if you prefer.

Whilst Kirk Rice LLP will be registered as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), it is not a service we will provide. We strongly recommend using Companies House for ID verification. The full process and price of using an ACSP to provide this verification is not yet known but is expected to be expensive.
