Investors in People Silver AwardWritten on July 18, 2023 by Kirk Rice LLP

We are delighted to announce that Kirk Rice LLP has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People silver accreditation.
We were first recognised by Investors in People (IIP) in 2005 when Maxine Guest, Partner led the first assessment. Since then, we have been successfully assessed every three years.
This means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means our people and our leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in the organisation are feeling the effects!
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Kirk Rice LLP. Silver accreditation on We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Kirk Rice LLP in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
About Investors in People
Investors in People are the UK’s leading people management standard and helps organisations to improve business performance through their people. For Kirk Rice LLP, the accolade represents a commitment to the development of its employees and demonstrates a strong foundation of good practice to clients.
Most of us will spend around 80,000 hours at work in our lifetimes. For something that takes up that much of our time, we think people deserve to get more out of it than just a regular pay cheque.
In order to secure the accreditation, evidence was gathered and assessed via employee interviews carried out by an IIP assessor.
Commenting on the award, Maxine Guest, Partner at Kirk Rice LLP said:
“This accreditation is once again a major boost to the Kirk Rice team and recognises the focus and professionalism of our talented and dedicated staff. As an accredited IIP firm, we are in the position to attract high-quality and committed employees – so our clients get to work with people that know everything they need to know and care about the service they provide. Furthermore, by looking after our employees and providing a continuous training and development programme, we are able to ensure that we always offer a first class service to our clients.”
We’re a community interest company, which means we put our purpose before our profits. That means everything we do and every direction we take is done to make work better.
IIP offers a practical, flexible and easy to use framework for improving business productivity, performance and competitiveness in organisations of all types and sizes through good practice in people management. An organisation that has achieved IIP accreditation has been successful in adopting and maintaining the fundamental principles set out in the framework. The UK Commission for Employment and Skills has strategic ownership of the IIP framework. IIP is part of the UK Commission’s ambition to improve skills, employment and productivity across the UK.
