Our first-class training programmes are recognised nationally and we are a Platinum Approved Training Provider for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, plus an Authorised Training Employer for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. We understand that our people make Kirk Rice what it is. On top of vocational development, we work hard to create a working environment that encourages ideas and inclusiveness – and which brings out the best in each individual employee.

This same development philosophy runs throughout the business, including support services roles like internal accountants, marketing specialists, office managers and a receptionist.

Training Support

If you are interested in an accountancy role at Kirk Rice, we offer ACCA, ACA and AAT apprenticeships.

We also have a big Financial Services team. Roles here might include advisors, paraplanners and supporting administration. Whatever you are interested in though, every team member is encouraged to sit industry-related exams and diplomas.

All our financial advisors are expected to be Advanced Diploma qualified, or at least working towards it until they ultimately become Chartered. Kirk Rice paraplanners are helped through their Certificate in Paraplanning, as well as the CCF Level 4 Diploma further down the line. We will also support staff up to the CCF Level 6 Advanced Diploma.

All of our support services staff and administrators are also encouraged to complete the CII Award in Financial Administration.

Are you a recruitment agency?

Kirk Rice has a commitment to directly source potential candidates for its vacancies. As such, we do not accept speculative CVs from recruitment agencies.

For specific roles we may work with our own list of preferred suppliers and they would be invited to support us in sourcing candidates. But we only pay agency fees where an recruitment agency has been directly instructed by a member of the Kirk Rice HR team – and where a signed agreement is in place.

When speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to Kirk Rice (or Kirk Rice employees) we reserve the right to initiate discussions directly with the candidate without paying any agency fee. No employee or Partner at Kirk Rice has the authority to modify these terms or waive the requirements that signed terms and conditions be entered into prior to the submitting of candidates.
