Maxine has over 30 years’ experience and oversees our Outsourcing & HR services. She joined Kirk Rice in 1994, becoming a partner in 2002. Maxine continues to grow the range of our outsourcing, payroll and HR services, qualifying as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) in 2013. She loves EDM music and attends many festivals across Europe listening to her favourite DJ’s.

Graham has over 30 years of experience acting for SMEs, providing accounting, audit, tax and business advice. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor. He joined Kirk Rice in 1998, became a Partner in 2002, and has been instrumental in broadening the range of services offered. Graham is married and has 3 sons. He is the lead vocalist in a rock band and is a Manchester Utd fan!

As a Chartered Financial Planner, Peter heads up our Financial Services Department. His career in financial services started in 1990 and as an Independent Financial Advisor he adopts a holistic approach to advising clients. As well as spending time with his wife and daughter, Peter enjoys playing golf, tennis and reading.

Tim works in our General Practice and Audit Department. He specialises in small and medium enterprise (SME) financial reporting, taxation and audit, as well as providing more general business consulting. He joined Kirk Rice in 2002 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Tim’s a Palace fan, aquarist, keen astronomer and hi-fi nerd, as well as a father of three.

Hadley looks after personal tax matters for many of our clients, as well as the tax compliance obligations for the estates of deceased individuals. He joined the firm in 2004, and is a Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Hadley is married with two daughters, is a church organist, pianist and singer.

James mainly advises SME’s and sole traders in business, accounting and tax matters. He joined back in 2004, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2007. James has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University, and in his spare time he can be found on the golf course or watching sport.

David qualified as a Chartered accountant with ICAEW in 2005 and became a Fellow of the Institute in 2015. He joined Kirk Rice in 2016 as Audit and Accounts Manager with over 10 years experience in acting for owner managed businesses, predominately working in audit and taxation compliance work. Outside of work David has an active social life and enjoys reading, the theatre and watching his favourite films.

Kirsty joined the firm in 2001 and completed her FCCA training in 2006. As a Partner she manages our outsourced accounting department, providing an in-house finance function to a range of clients. She is heavily involved in assisting non-profit clients with their day to day accounting needs and also manages project work such as, design of finance processes and procedures, move to digital software.

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999. He joined the Kirk Rice team in 2024 as an audit and accounting partner in our Ascot office, responsible for a range of clients from small and medium sized businesses to large groups.
Outside of work Andrew enjoys live music and being outdoors at home or abroad, whether walking, running or cycling.

Alex is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in tax. He joined Kirk Rice in 2021. Alex advises businesses ranging from small and medium sized firms to large groups and has particular experience in corporate restructures, share schemes and M&A advice. Outside of work Alex is married with 2 boys and enjoys following the fortunes of Tottenham Hotspur when time permits.

She qualified as an ACCA Accountant in 2004 and has over 20 years experience. In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, keeping fit and if she gets time relaxing with a good book.

Amy joined us in 2012 and immediately set out to study ACA, she’s thrilled to have now passed her final exams! Before joining Kirk Rice she studied for a BA Honours in Accounting and Finance at Kingston University. In her down time she is a bit of a bookworm and reads science fiction and fantasy novels, as well as manga comics.

Gauhar joined the firm’s General Practice team in 2017 where he brought with him a range of experience servicing OMBs and SMEs. Having expanded his expertise into personal and corporation tax, he moved to our Tax Specialist team in 2019 to support our individual and corporate clients across various areas of tax. He has subsequently also qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Jane joined Kirk Rice in September 2023 to work as a Senior Manager in the personal tax team. She is a qualified Chartered Tax advisor with over 25 years of experience in personal tax. Jane has a particular expertise in international, cross-border, personal and employee tax issues. She spends her spare time with her family, gardening and running.

He completed his ACCA training with Kirk Rice following his graduation from The University of Reading, with a 2:1 in Accounting and Management. Her background of paraplanning has led to a natural progression into the Financial Planner role. Nicola looks after a number of accounting, tax and trust clients in addition to managing our payroll and VAT return services from our Putney office. She joined us in 2000 as an AAT trainee and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2006. She has since worked across all areas of the practice. Outside of work Nicola enjoys spending time with her children and walking the family dog.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys spending time with family, reading, and watching movies.
