Natalia joined us in June 2022. Natalia is CIPP qualified and has over 15 years’ experience in Payroll Outsourcing. In her career she helped many organisations to implement strategic changes and improvements within a payroll function. Natalia is responsible for managing all aspects of the Outsourced payroll department, ensuring the payroll processing and pension auto-enrolment administration are run smoothly, efficiently and are compliant with the current legislations. Outside of work, as well as spending time with her family, Natalia enjoys reading and watching movies.
