Business Savings Rates

My Business has a healthy cash balance in a Business Savings Account but the rate of interest is currently less than 1%pa.  I do not want to invest the money but I do want a better return.  I have thought about changing Banks but have been put off by an experience I had with my Personal Savings;  I tried to open a new account to get a better rate but it took nearly two months and not long after the interest rate dropped and the whole exercise was pointless.  Would you have any suggestions?

Tax relief for non tax payers
I stopped work 4 years ago after having our first child.  My husband works for a large company and has a good Pension Scheme.  I do not expect to return to work for at least 5 years and I am concerned that in the meantime I have no Pension for myself.  Apart from child benefit and some savings interest I have no income.  Am I allowed to pay in to a Pension or would an ISA be better?
