We are jointly hosting with Handelsbanken and Knight Frank Estate Agents, a Free Property Lettings Breakfast Seminar at Ascot Racecourse on Thursday 5 October. Together we will deliver a comprehensive overview of the opportunities available in residential, commercial and holiday property rental.

Aimed at those who may not be experienced property investors – as well as those who have invested in this market before – the seminar will explain the opportunities and potential pitfalls of the various types of property investment, as well as examining some of the tax, financial and legal issues.

Warren Palmer from Handelsbanken will share his extensive knowledge of funding options, Graham Jennings from Kirk Rice LLP will be taking time to look at the most tax efficient ways to buy property given the new tax rules due April 2017, whilst William Matthews from Knight Frank will be updating you on the local residential and commercial property market.
